Take a flight with me over the San Xavier Mission del Bac in Tucson Arizona. The mission is under an extensive renovation, which can be seen on steeples, and sadly was vandalized the night of this flight – the news article is linked in the video description. Hope you enjoy the brief tour of this cool piece of architecture.

Great video. Did you have to get any special permission or anything? I’m considering taking my drone out there for some footage because it’s such a great place.
Hey Michael, thanks and glad you enjoyed it. It was nearly closing time when we arrived and there wasn’t anyone around to ask, otherwise I would have. There were folks there with big fancy still cameras so I wasn’t to concerned regarding the footage and no large crowds of people either.
Great timing. I went yesterday after work as the mission was closing and was able to get some great footage. I still need to play with exposure and white balance, as you can’t tell it was sunset really… And at some point I need to edit my raw footage together. But overall, happy with the results: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLtrYhIMVKnNOo7atWOv3FxrCheIkz-a92
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing and great videos. Getting the raw footage into a video makes droning so much more enjoyable. Video editing has also helped me “up my game” when it comes to flying to make sure I have enough good points of view when getting home, especially since I don’t have a video screen to show what is being filmed.
Again, well done and keep it up.
